परिवहन से संबंधित मसलों, उनके ठहरने के स्थान पर अपर्याप्त सेवाएं, सामान का नुकसान होने इत्यादि जैसी हजयात्रियों द्वारा सामना की जा रही कठिनाइयों के निवारण के लिए व्यवस्था की गयी है।

73. The idea is to identify high energy intensity industries like power, steel, cement, transportation and building and construction and to set uniform global efficiency norms and lower carbon emission standards for each sector.
